The permit is printed on a residence card
It is the same card as an ordinary karta pobytu. The permit type goes into a field on it, and your photo goes into the window on the left.

What a photo studio leaves out
Only MOS takes the application
Since 27 April 2026 the EU long-term resident permit application is filed electronically in the MOS portal. A paper application is left unprocessed.
You still visit the office
The wojewoda summons you in person for fingerprints and a signature specimen. The photo goes in through the portal; the fingerprints are taken at the counter.
The clerk decides, not us
No tool decides on the office’s behalf. So instead of promising acceptance, we refund 100% when a photo is rejected.

Can the whole thing be done over the internet?
The application and the photo, yes. The wojewoda takes your fingerprints and signature specimen in person, so one visit to the office remains.
Who gets the EU long-term resident permit?
A foreigner who has lived in Poland legally and continuously for five years.
Is this a different photo from the ordinary residence card one?
The file is the same: JPG, 684×883 px, up to 2.5 MB, 35×45 proportions, a light uniform background. The application you attach it to is the one that differs.
What if the office rejects the photo?
We refund 100%. Write to us with the reason you were given and the money goes back to the same card.
